So I just started today to track my food intake, I have never really been the type of person to track my calories but everyone I talk to says it helps for the people that seem to eat a little to much. So today I decided to start and I am using the iPhone app Lose It. I am looking to get down to 200lbs by end of summer so I don’t think that will be to hard. I will need to lose about 28lbs since I weighed in today at work. I will post updates here as the weeks go by, should be getting back into my daily walking and will be hitting the gym in a month or so.
