I have been using the Lose It app to track my calories for the last month and have been doing fairly well up until the last week or so. While I have not really gone over my budget for the week I have been eating a few foods I should not be. But in the last month I have lost 8 pounds which is not to bad but less than ideal. I have to get back into taking Sophie for daily walks, I did start going back to the gym this week which should help out.

So far I am happy with my progress just need to keep it up and working on it. This needs to be a live style change and not just hey loose some weight and then go back to eating crap again. I have cut out most crappy food but I have a few that I indulge on more than I should (chips and salsa is my vise).
