Today I start my 8 week training of C25K. As some of you know I am not a running at all and for the last 10 yrs I have been a lazy couch potato. But in the last 4 months I have spent sometime working on losing weight and working out (gym started in June). I have lost about 35 lbs and am at 195lbs of this post.

So my next thing to do would be to run a 5K. I am not a runner at all and the thought of running 1/2 mile is killing me but people I have talked to have said that anyone can take up C25K and run a 5K so here I am starting my trek today.
